Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order in any way, please contact us within 7 days of its arrival with your order information and reason for exchange. Orders can be exchanged for another item or a different size. We do not offer refunds at this time.
Items to be exchanged must be in the same condition as when they were sent to you. We do not issue exchanges on items that have been damaged.
Please return your order with an insured trackable courier and retain your receipt. Exchange shipments must be postmarked within 14 days of the initial delivery. Once we receive your item, we will send your exchange. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items.
